HR Business Partner - 6 Month Contract

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join a team based in Cumbria on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people strategy

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade unions, employees and leadership teams
  • Coaching and advising managers and employees to align behaviours and decisions with company values and codes of conduct
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Ensuring efficient access to HR solutions.
  • Working with stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that support business people plans
  • Leading and delivering change management programs

Qualifications

  • Proven HR experience in a similar level
  • Experience working with trade unions at both local and national level
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • A track record of coaching, consulting, and advising employees and stakeholders
  • Expertise in conflict resolution and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Manufacturing experience would be preferred but not essential
