Accounts Administrator ( Temporary)

Benefits

Responsibilities
- Processing purchase invoices: Verifying against purchase orders and inputting data into Cypher/Sage
- Creating purchase orders using Cypher software
- Handling ledger queries, finance-related emails, and supplier calls
- Performing supplier statement reconciliations
- Updating and maintaining Excel documents
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, scanning, and managing emails
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility and initiative to adapt to various tasks
- Experience in a similar accounts administration role
- Knowledge of Sage Line 50 accounts and proficiency in Excel
