Responsibilities

  • Confirming arrangements within strict deadlines
  • Responding swiftly to availability issues and finding suitable alternatives
  • Proactively managing disruptions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless tour experience for customers

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • A strong emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • A genuine interest in travel and good geographical knowledge
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
