Benefits
- Salary £25,000 - £27,000 depedning on experience
- Additional £500 per week for being "on call" (5 weeks per year), adding up to an extra £2,000 annually.
- Hours 9:00 - 5:30pm
- Support needd on 5 weekends with days off in lieu during the week

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for managers providing clear and supportive communication
- Prepare and upload accurate documentation
- Offer calm, first-response support during incidents or cancellations
- Activate contingency plans and communicate effectively across teams
- Make confident, balanced decisions to protect customer experiences and minimise commercial impact
- Coordinate logistics
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent and reliable delivery
Qualifications
- Be a natural relationship builder, comfortable communicating across various channels
- Stay calm and solution-focused under pressure, taking ownership of challenges as they arise
- Be detail-oriented, organised, and capable of juggling multiple tasks
- Be comfortable using digital tools and maintaining clean, accurate data
