Accounts Administrator
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator. Our client is offering a great opportunity for a motivated individual to thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting the Accounts and Procurement teams.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Saturday working on a rota basis (May to November), with additional pay.
Responsibilities
As an Accounts Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the Purchase Ledger.
- Processing supplier payments.
- Raising sales invoices and ensuring timely reminders for customer payments.
- Identifying and addressing discrepancies in documentation.
- Updating internal spreadsheets and reconciling credit card transactions.
- Providing administrative support to the Procurement Manager and Finance Manager as required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts administration.
- Knowledge of VAT treatment.
- Experience with SAGE 50 (beneficial but not essential).
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to managing workload independently and as part of a team.
