Finance Administrator
Overview
We are assisting a thriving organisation experiencing sustained growth in their search for a Finance Administrator to join their vibrant team. This role involves managing the purchase ledger, working with Xero software, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused, and have strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage the purchase ledger, including processing invoices and payments
- Utilise Xero software to accurately record financial transactions
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency with Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Day-to-day
- Processing and reconciling purchase invoices
- Recording and monitoring financial transactions in Xero
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Handling queries from suppliers and internal teams
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function
