Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and personable Lettings Administrator to join our team in York. The role involves managing the letting process, dealing with enquiries, setting up viewings, selecting tenants, and handling various administrative tasks related to property management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the letting administration process
  • Arrange property viewings for potential clients
  • Input landlord, tenant, and property data
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and associated paperwork
  • Organize property visits, maintenance checks, and appraisals
  • Coordinate gas safety checks and ensure property compliance
  • Arrange maintenance, inventories, and property photography
  • Handle property-related issues and liaise with contractors
