Payroll Administrator
Overview
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the finance team of a creative and very niche manufacturing company renowned for delivering some of the most iconic structures worldwide. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll and supporting the Financial Controller in various financial tasks.

Responsibilities
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the full end-to-end payroll process. Key responsibilities include:
- Weekly calculation and processing of timesheets for input into the internal system.
- Calculation and processing of 4-weekly timesheets
- Generating 4-weekly payroll and salaried payroll
- Administering information relating to payroll - onboarding new starters, processing leavers, and calculating statutory payments (e.g., maternity, paternity, and sickness).
- Supporting the Finance Team with financial and business planning tasks, as well as ad-hoc projects such as delivery note filing.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:
- A good working knowledge of Sage - essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
- Previous payroll experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with a wide range of individuals.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to handle a varied and dynamic workload while meeting deadlines.
