Are you a highly organised professional with a passion for supporting executive-level operations? We are looking for an Executive and Personal Assistant to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and Board members, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the success of key initiatives. From managing complex schedules and coordinating travel to preparing reports and presentations, your expertise will be instrumental in driving efficiency and fostering collaboration across the organisation. Responsibilities

  • Managing executive schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive-level meetings.
  • Acting as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organising travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-ups.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives, project management tasks, and ad hoc projects.
  • Assisting with office support tasks, including managing expenses and facilitating events.
  • Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion by fostering a collaborative and respectful workplace.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Support Specialist, Project Administrator, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building and problem-solving.
  • A proactive mindset with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A corporate background would suit this role.
