Office Administrator
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join an office on the outskirts of York. This role will offer support to the Director of the business along with the smooth running of the office.
Benefits
- £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience pro rata
- Permanent - Part - Time offering 3 days a week flexible of on the model of this / full or part days

Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
- Providing administrative support to the team, particularly the Managing Director
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Managing meetings and visitor hospitality.
- Conducting staff induction's and ensuring team members are equipped with necessary tools and knowledge.
- Overseeing IT requirements and liaising with IT support providers.
- Coordinating health and safety
- Negotiating contracts for utilities, printers, and telecoms.
- Collating and filing invoices, and liaising with accountants for payments.
- Chasing overdue payments and maintaining financial records.
Qualifications
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has a keen eye for detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Can communicate effectively with individuals at all levels and thrives in a team environment.
- Is organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing their own workload.
