Customer Contact Advisor
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Contact Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships, and resolving inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Early late – 10:00 until 18:30

- Saturday – 08:30 until 17:00 – This is on a rota basis and is currently one Saturday in every five

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or other communication channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Listen actively to customer needs, concerns, and requests, providing accurate information and personalised solutions.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest enhancements to products, policies, or procedures.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide expert assistance.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Uphold the company values of respect, inclusivity, and transparency in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service, customer contact, or similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with attention to clarity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complaints and challenging conversations empathetically.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Must have own transport due to location of the office
