- Full time, Monday to Friday 0800-1900 on a rota basis including some weekends.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating all logistical aspects of the Tour —from customer numbers and timings to transport and accommodation—ensuring accuracy and timely communication with suppliers
- Be the support for onsite personnel, serve as the primary point of contact for this community
- Managing operational disruptions, ensuring company policies are upheld, and maintaining a high standard of service throughout the customer journey
- Logistics administration - ensuring each leg of the journey is seamless from transport to accommodation even all meals, basically every aspect of the journey is planned, administered and communicated accurately
- Supplier management, managing a portfolio of global suppliers, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring services are delivered to the required standard and cost-effectively.
- Ensuring all travel data and documentation is accurate, complete, and accessible to relevant teams and onsite personnel, communicating any changes, issues, or cancellations to relevant internal teams and suppliers promptly.
- Support administrative processes related to bookings, confirmations, and ticketing.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in travel is essential, whether that's working in bookings, flights, rail, cruise, any travel related discipline will be considered
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service or operational role facing customers and/or over the telephone
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to quickly develop strong supplier relationships.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
