Temporary Operations Administrator

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Operations Administrator to join one of own clients. As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, processing online bookings, updating customer details, and providing support to the operations team with all administrative duties.

Benefits

• Salary £23,000 - £25,000
• Temporary on-going with a view to permanent opportunity

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the operations team
• Process online bookings and ensure accurate information is captured
• Update and maintain customer details in the database
• Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative roles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
