- Monday - Friday office hours - NO WEEKENDS (You may be asked to work the odd weekend day or BH but this is extremely rare and only when exceptionally busy)

Responsibilities
- Confirming arrangements for all rail journeys within a designated area that you will be working in and within strict deadlines
- Responding to availability issues with speed and finding suitable alternative rail transport arrangements
- Proactively manage travel disruption ensuring all customers reach their intended destination whilst maintaining the customer experience
- Liaise with other teams in the business to ensure a seamless experience for customers and responding to queries about rail products and services relating to these suppliers
- Deal with any customer amendments regarding their journey and ensure these are actioned effectively
Qualifications
- Proven high volume, fast paced customer service experience
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An interest in travel and good geographical knowledge would be great! :)
