Property Administrator
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrator to join an award winning business who are thriving in their market sector, so much so they are taking on two additional heads to add to their team of 5. This is an exciting time to join as this business race ahead of their competitors and push towards their highest period of growth. Benefits
- £25,000 basic salary + circa £2K-£2.5K of departmental bonus based on the completion of the company's overall property sales target
- Free onsite parking
- Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm and 1 Saturday in 4 , shorter day of 9am-3pm (paid extra or given as time back in lieu your choice)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Use of a company vehicle when needed
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls from prospective buyers and vendors, dealing with queries and booking in appointments
- Diary management
- Creating adverts for properties going out to market
- Booking in viewings and valuations for the sales team
- Back office administration and compliance administration such as anti money laundering checks etc
- Once fully trained, going out and conducting property viewings
- Register customers and carry out property matches
- Keeping vendors and potential buyers updated throughout the whole process helping clients through the buying and selling process to achieve the best outcome for all parties
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times throughout the entire customer journey
Qualifications
- Background in Customer Services is essential
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to drive to attend and conduct viewings when necessary
