MARKETING MANAGER
Charterhouse Recruitment are really excited to be working on a Marketing Manager role for our client based in Chester. Our client is an ever-growing business in the financial services industry. They like to do things differently, making services inclusive and accessible, with a key focus on engaging technology and marketing.

Please note - You must be based locally to Chester to be considered for this opportunity.
WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:
- Salary is between £40k to £45k (some flexibility DOE)
- Monday to Friday working hours.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

A SNAPSHOT OF THE MARKETING MANAGER’S DAY:
- Working across multiple brands, you will take ownership of the multi-channel / omni-channel marketing strategies in line with business objectives.
- Conceptualisation and development of marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms.
- Track and analyse KPIs across various dashboards and deliver this to key stakeholders.
- Identify trends and insights, translating these into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure key projects are delivered with a seamless customer experience in mind.
- Collaborate with data analysts and developers to ensure accurate data collection.
- Positively lead a small team of Executives (x2).

- Experience within a Marketing role within a financial services, technology, or a regulated environment is non-negotiable. If you don’t have this experience, unfortunately your application will not be successful.
- Ideally 5 years of professional work experience in a marketing role.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently.
- Positively manage a small team of Executives.
- Experience of using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Display Ads, Meta Ads, Tag Manager, and MS Excel – all essential.
- If you have experience in SQL, HTML, Site Testing Platforms, Design - Photoshop / Adobe, would be a bonus but are not essential.
