Job Description

Onboarding and Legal Liaison 

We are working with a unique and exciting company in Chester, who are looking to expand their operations team. You will be responsible for your own caseload, building rapport and working closely with external parties. The position requires someone with legal/paralegal experience to allow an understanding of incoming queries, and enabling you to provide a strong service to all customers. 

WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW:

 

  • Salary is £26,000 per annum.
  • Working hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
  • Initially office based and after probationary period you can choose to work from home one day per week
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and the ability to buy or sell holidays.
  • Holiday entitlement increases with length of service.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR DAY 

  • Carrying out identity, fraud and PEP checks 
  • Carrying out Business credit and verification checks 
  • Preparing legal documents as needed, ensuring accuracy of all details and within timescales
  • Ensuring completion of bank verification
  • Instructing valuers and solicitors 
  • Managing your own caseload from start to finish
  • Preparing all necessary details for pay-out
