Private Client Legal Assistant
Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Private Client fee earners, providing essential support in a collaborative and professional environment. From preparing legal documents and correspondence to liaising with clients and ensuring compliance, you’ll play a key role in delivering first-class client service. Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence with precision and efficiency.
- Support the team with billing and compliance tasks.
- Act as a key point of contact, liaising with clients both in person and over the phone.
- Monitor deadlines and outstanding actions, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Provide empathetic and understanding client care, especially during challenging times.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Previous legal experience, preferably in Private Client matters.
- Confidence in using AI and technology to streamline processes.
- A proactive and positive approach to managing caseloads.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- The ability to thrive in a busy team environment and support colleagues effectively.
- A commitment to delivering superb client care with empathy and professionalism.
