Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join a high-performing team. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales function through effective administration, accurate processing, and a consistently high standard of customer service.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales administration processes and handling client communications with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency. As the role involves predominantly written communication with clients in the first instance, a strong command of written communication and attention to detail are essential to maintaining client satisfaction and supporting long-term retention.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders accurately and prepare for dispatch promptly
  • Communicate with customers to resolve queries.
  • Handling customer account queries with professionalism
  • Monitor and manage busy sales email inboxes and online orders, ensuring timely processing, some times the inbox can be up to 300+ at any given point.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve order-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Organise and prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Undertake additional duties and projects

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • String team player as the team is small and its all hands on deck!
