Customer Survey Executive 

Looking for full time work from now up until Christmas?? Based in York city centre we have a temporary need for people with excellent communication skills to engage with people and fact find - You must be out-going and enjoy speaking with people!

    LOVELY HOURS of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday 

     

    Hourly rate £12.21ph + chance of further hours and pay 

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service on the telephone 
  • Work on client campaigns carrying out market research on their behalf to their target market
  • Administer the results of your surveys
  • You will develop rapport on the phone
  • Be self motivated and able to work on your own initiative
  • Good attention detail to update the system 
  • Able to work in a team environment 

Qualifications

  • Excellent people skills 
  • Clear, confident telephone manner
  • Proven Customer Service 
  • Able to work under pressure
