An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Legal Secretary to join a busy Residential Property Department within a well-established and supportive law firm. In this varied and rewarding role, you will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, helping to ensure the efficient management of files and the delivery of exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
-
Prepare legal documents and correspondence
-
Provide full secretarial and administrative assistance to fee earners
-
Manage diaries and schedule appointments
-
Prepare financial records and assist with the distribution of funds
-
Liaise professionally with clients and handle telephone enquiries
-
Maintain document and file management systems
-
Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the department
Qualifications
-
Minimum 2+ years’ legal secretarial experience (residential property preferred; full training provided)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with legal case management systems (e.g., Partners for Windows) desirable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

Client-focused, professional and approachable

Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
