Overview
We have a unique opportunity for a creative marketer to join our client to help shape a brand and develop the digital marketing strategies of the business. Are you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns? Our client is part of a larger group and has launched a new business and is looking for someone to lead the marketing efforts in effectively promoting their message across all digital channels. This role involves managing social media platforms, creating email campaigns, lead nurturing and staying up to date on the latest social media trends.

**Please also note that this is NOT a remote role, only applications within a reasonable travelling distance will be considered. 
Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage all marketing campaigns.
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
  • Ensure that the core messaging is on brand and that leads are being nurtured 
  • Create and manage content for social media, emails, and other digital communication channels
  • Research, track, and analyse consumer behaviors and trends
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies
  • Updating and maintaining the website 
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and clients
  • Assist with budget management and meeting strict deadlines for campaigns. 
  • Possibly organising ad hoc events as required
About you:
  • Proven marketing campaign management
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Content writing 
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
  • Ability to analyse consumer metrics, reports, and trends
  • Strong project management and managerial skills
Experience and qualifications:
  • Experience in a digital marketing role - minimum of 3 years
  • Be able to demonstrate that you have worked independently and under your own initiative
  • A marketing degree or digital marketing qualification is desirable
  • Proficient in the use of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms e.g. HubSpot
  • Some experience of design desirable e.g. Canva for low level designs
  • Some experience of CMS (e.g. WordPress, Umbraco)
  • Some experience of web analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush)
