Client Support Administrator
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Client Support Administrator to join a great team In York. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and ensuring the smooth running of their service.
Benefits
- Salary £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
- 5 weeks’ holiday plus Bank Holidays

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all Client Support related client queries
- Ensure the fulfillment of service level agreements on a daily basis
- Administer client projects and maintain contact with clients to update on project progress
- Arrange and administer coaching sessions
- Provide sales support by responding to client queries in the absence of the sales team
- Manage the Client Support inbox and respond to queries by phone
- Carry out end-to-end administration
Qualifications
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within organizations
- Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
- Clear and professional writing style
- Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and passion for development and learning
- Organized and effective at planning and coordinating resources
- Supreme team working skills, often using IT-based processes

- Interest/background in HR and psychology
- Statistical/analytical skills
