Job Description

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all personal and employment information is

accurate and up to date.

Process new starter paperwork, terminations, and employee changes.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Manage payroll, sickness, holiday and absence.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating when appropriate to the HR Advisor.

CIPD Level 3 desirable

Experience in a HR Administrative role or similar

Forward thinking and willing to get stuck in
- Passion to develop
