Job Description

Temporary Customer Order Administrator 

We are recruiting on behalf of an expanding business just outside of York seeking motivated individuals for temporary support. This role offers competitive pay and has a high potential to become a permanent position based on the project's success. WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW

  • £11.79 per hour (£23,000 per annum)
  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Outskirts of York – Office based with free parking
  • Ongoing with high potential for Temp to Perm

A SNAPSHOT OF THE DAY

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls relating to orders and product queries
  • Processing of orders
  • Data input and maintenance
  • Follow standardised procedures and deadlines including fully documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system to meet departmental SLAs.
  • Liaising with 3rd party partners to ensure timely deliveries
  • Other office duties as and when required
