Lots of change in the business over the last 18 months. They were a much bigger national business with £25m t/o and 300 staff. They sold off the Midlands and South and are now £6/7m t/o and 100 staff.

They are now starting the process of building the business up again.
They have the HR dept with 2 people - Emma and Zoe.
They use a range of recruiters but has agreed exclusivity on 3 marketing roles.

They do lots of different events of varying sizes.
Charity events - usually 2 per year with approx 200 attendees BUT also lots of smaller events to their own internal clients base - 30/40 per year where they may have approx 20/30 people.
Social company gatherings and corporate meetings.
Interview structure - Teams - just Rich / small task (max 2 hours) / F2F with Rich and HR (not sure if there is a task for this role - will need to check)
They are quite flexible on hybrid - typically 3 office / 2 home but they don't enforce this
Rich goes on holiday on 20th August for one week

This will be very informal.
I will be making sure they fully understand the opportunity and ask them about their past roles and future aspirations.
If successful they’ll then be a face to face interview and a small task to compete.
