Job Overview

To support the team by looking after buyers and sellers throughout the entire sales process, sharing responsibility for addressing customer enquiries, and notifying the appropriate parties of any schedule delays, maintaining all client case management and, working with other departments when required.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through all available communication channels.
Qualify potential clients and accurately register them in the internal system.
Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Identify and understand customer needs.
Schedule appointments and coordinate general diary activities.
Conduct money laundering checks as required.
Ensure all funding verification checks are completed.
Take responsibility for all departmental administrative tasks.
Keep case files up-to-date and organised.
Support the team by gathering comprehensive data on each property.
Research the local property market by evaluating listings and monitoring market trends to determine appropriate pricing.
List properties highlighting relevant services and amenities.
Maintain ongoing communication with vendors, manage expectations, and provide feedback from viewings.
Regularly update and fully leverage internal estate agency software for maximum efficiency.
Ensure accurate, up-to-date record-keeping by making detailed and appropriate notes.
Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct and OFT/TPO regulations.
Always represent TPBC professionally, ensuring a positive business image with clients, investors, and other relevant parties.
Report any issues directly to the team manager.
Continuously update industry knowledge and attend all necessary training sessions.
Any ad hoc duties as and when required

TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR

An exciting opportunity to join a great team in Selby. This role is to act as the first point of contact for our Out of Hours patients that will be arriving for appointments.

Due to the nature of the role the hours are not standard office hours, so please check if these are something you can commit to before applying.

£11.44 p/h
Onsite parking available.

HOURS: Part Time - Monday – Sunday 20:00 – 23:00 (3 or 4 days on a rota basis can be discussed)

MAIN DUTIES:

Act as the main point of contact for visitors.
To support the clinical teams working in our services with basic requests.
To manage the waiting room area whilst patients wait to be seen.
Interaction with patients to provide information, sign posting, and advice.
To demonstrate a competent level of interpersonal skills.
Manage and prioritise own workload.
Completion of administrative tasks as directed.

SKILLS NEEDED:

Experience in a people facing role, ideally reception based.
Administrative experience.
Friendly and approachable.
Great at managing time and reliable.

Lending Onboarding Officer

We are working with a well established company in Chester, who are looking to expand their operations team. If you have previous experience in a financial services customer role, we'd like to hear from you. You will be responsible for your own caseload, building rapport and working closely with external parties. The position requires someone with legal/paralegal experience to allow an understanding of incoming queries, and enabling you to provide a strong service to all customers.

WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW:

Salary is £26,000 per annum but can be higher depending on experience
Working hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
Initially office based and after probationary period you can choose to work from home one day per week
25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and the ability to buy or sell holidays.
