Customer Support Advisor

  • Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm)

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional first-line customer support for network queries and mobile device troubleshooting (including iOS and Android smartphones).
  • Resolve technical and non-technical customer enquiries efficiently across multiple communication platforms.
  • Liaise directly with network operators and service providers via online portals and phone to resolve service requests.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Process equipment orders, claims, and sales documentation, coordinating order deliveries and payment logistics.
  • Prioritise and manage incoming support tickets promptly to meet established service level agreements.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer records within the company CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Good technical familiarity with iOS and Android mobile operating systems and general PC proficiency.
  • Strong organisational and time-management capabilities with the resilience to meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated team player who can work independently or collaboratively in a high-volume environment.
  • Confident communicating with clients across phone, email, and face-to-face channels.
  • Genuine willingness to learn new systems, software platforms, and technical product ranges.
