Our client is a leading business within the consumer products sector, they are seeking a commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead the UK marketing function, driving integrated campaigns across brand, product, digital, ecommerce, trade and paid media.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the marketing strategy, lead and develop a talented team, and work closely with senior leadership to deliver innovative campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive commercial growth and support ambitious business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead the UK marketing function, providing direction, support and development to the marketing team.
- Create and deliver the annual marketing strategy and calendar, aligning campaigns with business objectives.
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across brand, product, ecommerce, digital, trade, paid media, PR and social channels.
- Manage product launches, seasonal campaigns, trade shows and key marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations and global marketing teams to deliver commercially focused marketing activity.
- Manage external agencies, suppliers and the overall marketing budget.
- Analyse campaign performance, market trends and customer insights to optimise future activity.
- Present marketing plans, performance updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement across marketing processes, planning and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years' marketing experience, including 5-6 years in a marketing management position.
- Proven experience leading and developing a marketing team.
- Strong background delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across brand, product, digital, ecommerce, trade and paid media.
- Experience managing budgets, agencies and complex marketing projects.
- Commercially minded with the ability to use data and insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Consumer goods experience is essential; experience within toys or another fast-paced, seasonal industry would be advantageous.
- A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable taking a hands-on approach when required.
