We're looking for a driven and highly organised Transport Executive – Flights to manage flight bookings, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure seamless travel experiences for our customers.This role is ideal for ambitious, fast-paced individuals who enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and performing at their best in a demanding environment where attention to detail is critical.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process flight bookings for both individual and group travel, adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Ensure all customer and group cancellations are effectively communicated to relevant suppliers.
  • Keep internal systems updated with precise flight details and information.
  • Assist in forward planning, pricing, and organizing future group tours.
  • Provide wider support to the transport team as needed.
  • Keep track of ticket deadlines and ensure timely delivery of customer e-tickets.
  • Process customer information in line with GDPR regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Confidence in analyzing data, solving problems, and making informed decisions.
  • A strong interest in travel and good understanding of global geography.
  • Methodical and organized approach to work, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication abilities.
