Contracts Executive - 3 month temp contract

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Executive for our client. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely creation of contracts with external suppliers, managing audits, and procuring peripheral services that enhance our customer experience. Reporting directly to the Head of Product & Contracting, the Contracts Executive will play a key role in maintaining strong B2B relationships and supporting the operational and customer teams.

Responsibilities

As a Contracts Executive, you will be accountable for:

  1. Generating, issuing, and ensuring the timely return of contracts.
  2. Maintaining 100% accuracy in all documentation, including securing relevant signatures.
  3. Procuring peripheral services such as restaurants and visitor attractions to enhance customer experiences.
  4. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers.
  5. Sending and escalating supplier audits based on risk levels.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and reprioritize tasks as needed.
  • Previous administration experience (desirable).
  • A highly organized approach to work.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional internal and external customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience liaising with suppliers and third parties (desirable).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Day-to-Day

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Producing accurate contracts in a timely manner to support operational and customer teams.
  • Ensuring all contracts align with agreed terms and are completed with precision.
  • Researching and purchasing peripheral services that align with customer preferences.
  • Monitoring and escalating supplier audits as necessary.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Performing additional duties as required to support the team and business objectives.
