Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you'll take ownership of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of well-known brands, managing agency relationships, coordinating PR and influencer activity, and using performance insights to optimise campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Core Responsibilities
Paid Media & Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TV, streaming, and gaming platforms.
Agency & Partner Coordination: Brief and collaborate with external media agencies, manage PR agency relationships, oversee media relations, and run micro-influencer campaigns.
Performance & Budget Control: Manage paid media budgets, track key performance metrics, and deliver reporting with actionable recommendations.
Retail & Product Support: Support media and promotional campaigns with key retail partners and coordinate timelines, assets, and materials for new product launches.
Commercial Insights & Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to identify new commercial opportunities in alignment with sales and marketing teams.
Qualification & Experience Requirements
Experience: 5–6 years of overall marketing experience, including 2–3 years focused on hands-on paid media management across platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Google.
Industry Background: Experience in consumer goods (FMCG) or a fast-paced retail environment is highly advantageous.
Key Skills: Proven experience managing external agencies, multi-channel campaign analytics, and budget management.
Soft Skills: Highly organized multi-tasker, confident communicator, commercially minded, with a proactive approach and a strong passion for emerging digital trends.
