Chief Executive Assistant
Overview
Are you a highly organised professional with a passion for supporting executive-level operations?
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our client's dynamic and forward-thinking team who can become the CEO's trusted right hand, confidently representing the business and engaging with senior-level stakeholders, including investors,, local authorities, NHS Trusts, and Registered Providers. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership and Board members, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the success of key initiatives. From managing complex schedules and coordinating travel to preparing reports and presentations, your expertise will be instrumental in driving efficiency and fostering collaboration across the organisation. This is far more than a traditional executive support role. We're looking for someone who can anticipate needs, manage priorities, coordinate strategic projects, and act as a trusted extension of the Chief Executive, helping to keep the business operating efficiently at the highest level....
Benefits
- Competitive salary up to £55,000 (dependent on experience)
- Monday to Friday with availability between 8.30-5.30pm

Responsibilities
- Executive support to the MD and 4 other Directors including extensive diary management
- Managing executive schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive-level meetings.
- Acting as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organising extensive travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Preparing high-quality board papers, meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting C-Suite, Board, or senior leadership in fast moving or high growth organisation
- Confident, polished communication - written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite and Google Workspace
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building and problem-solving.
- A proactive mindset with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- A corporate background would suit this role.
