Dayforce Administrator
Overview
We’re looking for a detail-focused professional to take ownership of a HR systems and data. This role will support system administration, reporting, payroll processes, and compliance, while also helping to improve efficiency through automation and process enhancements. You’ll work closely with managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate data, smooth system use, and continuous improvement across HR processes.
Benefits
- Salary £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
- Permanent or temp to perm option

Responsibilities
- System Administration and Configuration
- User support and training
- Troubleshoot system errors
- Deliver training to managers
- Perform regular audits and data validation checks
- Data management and integrity
- Reporting and analytic's
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and payroll regulations
- Assist payroll processing cycles
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate processes
- Lead or support system enhancement projects
Qualifications
- Experience administering Dayforce or similar HRIS
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
- Strong understanding of HR payroll, and workforce management processes
- Experience with reporting tools and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
