Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Tour Documents Specialist to join a head office team. This role combines administrative precision with creative know-how to provide an exceptional experience for their clients. As a Tour Documents Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all necessary tour-related materials and communications are accurate, professional, and reformatted as necessary. Responsibilities

  • This is a project based vacancy within the documentation team, focused on delivering a specific administrative project that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data entry
  • Transferring information between systems
  • Reformatting documents, particularly in Microsoft Word, where strong formatting skills are essential.
  • The role also includes close collaboration with external managers to ensure our technical delivery documents and brochures are prepared accurately and consistently for operational use. 
  • Written accuracy and great eye for detail for any errors

Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication
  • Great eye for detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and reformatting 
  • Proficient data entry skills
  • Team player with great verbal communication skills
