Administrator


We are seeking a highly organised, switched on Administrator to join a thriving financial services company in York. This position offers a great location with parking, small team environment and progression. The reason for the position is due to their previous administrator progressing to an advisory position within the organisation.

Responsibilities - 

  • First point of call for all enquires and general calls
  • Meeting any clients that come to the office for meetings etc
  • Administering applications across their whole product portfolio
  • Tracking cases to completion 
  • Managing data and producing reports
  • Managing and updating the CRM
  • Co-ordinating various documents/deadlines and chasing outstanding information
  • Liaising with various clients including banks, solicitors, insurance companies on a daily basis 
  • Managing the office function; ordering supplies etc.

 

 

Qualifications -

 

  • Previous experience within an administration role, ideally in a corporate setting - Financial Services, Accountancy, Law etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
