Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs across core legal disciplines and emerging areas of law.
- Facilitate workshops on soft skills such as communication, negotiation, and emotional intelligence.
- Update training materials to reflect legislative changes, regulatory updates, and new technologies.
- Utilize diverse delivery formats, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, and webinars.
- Collaborate with HR and senior management to identify training gaps and align with business needs.
- Design and implement structured induction programs for new joiners and trainees.
- Refresh onboarding materials to reflect practice changes and new systems.
- Work closely with department heads, HR, and leadership to align training with business priorities.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic and/or professional legal qualifications; training certifications are a plus.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of core legal disciplines and regulatory standards.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering legal training programs, including CPD and induction.
- Familiarity with instructional design and adapting content for diverse learning styles.
- Experience in legal practice (preferred).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, HR, and legal professionals.
