Credit Control Administrator

Responsibilities
As a Credit Control Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing credit control processes, including making telephone calls to clients.
- Responding to customer queries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.
- Learning and applying financial processes efficiently.
- Supporting the department with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
