  • Hours - Full-time 9-5.30pm/ 10.30- 7pm you will be required to work 1 in every 4 weekends with a day off in lieu for either day.  (Sat 9-5 and/ or Sun 10-4 where you can work from work)

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers requiring support.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as respond to email inquiries.
  • Issue booking confirmations and process web bookings.
  • Resolve customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support the administration of cancellations and discuss alternative options with customers.

Qualifications
