Sales Administrator
Overview
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Sales Administrator to assist our Account Managers and Sales Team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
In this vital role, you will help manage client relationships, coordinate with internal sales teams, resolve customer inquiries, and identify growth opportunities. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our account management process, supporting our team in maintaining and expanding our customer portfolio.
Your ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and stay organized will contribute directly to the success of our sales efforts and the overall growth of the business.
Benefits
- Salary range £25,600 - £32,000 dependant on experience
- Office hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm, Friday 8.30am - 4pm
- Holidays with increased service
- A guaranteed six month review
Responsibilities
- Supporting account managers in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Facilitating communication between customers and various internal sales personnel
- Assisting account managers in addressing customer issues, troubleshooting problems and ensuring timely resolution
- Identifying potential sales opportunities and contributing to revenue growth
- Providing administrative and logistical support to account managers, such as scheduling meetings, preparing report, presentations and managing customer spreadsheets
- Gathering feedback from customers and sharing it with relevant teams to improve service and processes
- Managing the sales inbox 1 day a week to acknowledge and process customer orders and respond to queries efficiently
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers and internal teams
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and maintain organised record documentation
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite and other in house software
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other departments.
