PART TIME RECEPTIONIST
Overview
We are an established organisation with over 100 years of service and a proven successful track record offering expert advice. We are seeking a receptionist/ Client Services Assistant to be the face of our business for our office based in Easingwold. You will be the first point of call in dealing with clients providing excellent customer service both face to face and over the telephone. The role is varied allowing opportunity to deal with telephone enquiries and managing daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities
- Responding to enquiries and distributing calls
- Arranging appointments
- Meet and welcome all clients into the office
- Taking and administering payments from clients
- Efficiently and promptly dealing with typing and editing of documents and correspondence to include wills, meeting notes, client care letters, letters of advice and other correspondence as appropriate
- Efficiently and promptly dealing with administrative tasks associated with fee-earners files
- Managing paper and online filing accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensuring files are stored and retrieved in the correct manner and files are maintained
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and enclosures
- Photocopying and scanning documents to the required standard
- Opening files, and setting up opportunities on the system – entering data onto the system and contacting clients for any missing information
- Sending and receiving emails
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service experience
- Previous reception/ face to face customer service experience would be desirable
- Attention to detail/multitasking numerous duties.
- Strong IT skills with proven use of office based systems
