Customer Service Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Customer Service Manager to join an aftersales Department in York. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting a valued customer base and ensuring smooth aftersales operations. This role offers a competitive salary, along with additional perks and benefits.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary of £35,000 - £37,000
  • Additional Telephone Support Payment once trained

  • 10 day shutdown at Christmas (in addition to holiday allowance)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in your region
  • Manage and co-ordinator Engineers calendars
  • Provide technical advice and support on all products
  • Book service and repair appointments, manage engineer scheduling via our service calendar and app software
  • Manage customer projects from start to finish – including writing project specs
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and field engineers

Qualifications

  • Proven customer care experience ideally within an manufacturing or engineering industry
  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Organised, able to manage projects and calendar schedules effectively
