Web and Product Assistant
Overview
We are have a new and enticing opportunity to work with a fast growth client who is expanding their marketing team in York. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company that values ambition, integrity, and quality. Benefits
- IRO £25,000 -£28,000 p.a. DOE plus company bonus of up to 15% of basic salary
- Annual leave entitlement of 22 days to start, with additional days per year of service

You will have a good understanding of how web systems work, be patient, with a strong work ethic. Attention to detail is a must. The business has a full team of 12 working on the company websites, plus a wider sales and marketing team. There are approximately 25,000 new residences to upload at this point in time with more to come as the business continues expanding.
Responsibilities
- Data sourcing - gathering relevant info from supplier websites and supplier provided documents
- Ensuring that data is accurate and populating the data into the company portal
- Changing and updating details within the portal
- Uploading pricing information and new product information
- Supporting the team with any queries relating to accommodation
- Supporting the marketing team with on line marketing campaigns
Skills required
- Capability in Microsoft office and Google Suite
- Similar experience of loading data into websites / web portals is required
- Independent and able to sense check your own work
- Able to use guides and documents to apply them to your own daily workload
- Working to deadlines
- Working collaboratively with marketing and sales
