MARKETING MANAGER

Are you a Marketing Manager (or a Senior Marketing Executive with at least 5 years experience in marketing) looking for the next step in your career?  If you are passionate about marketing and can demonstrate a proven track record of creating, developing and executing successful marketing strategies, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE PACKAGE:

• Salary is up to £50,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
• Hybrid with the office based in York
• 25 days holiday plus BH

A SNAPSHOT OF THE MARKETING MANAGER'S DAY 

• You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the marketing function with a direct report into a board level Marketing Director
• You will manage the marketing budget effectively ensuring that resources provide the best ROI possible
• You will utilise market research, data and customer insights to drive the strategy for the business
• You will have proven campaign management experience and be able to demonstrate metrics which show success across multiple channels
• This is a data driven role and you must be able to demonstrate that you are an analytical thinker
• You will represent the company and the brand at relevant trade shows, conferences and events
• Responsibility for the creation of marketing collateral, digital content and advertising campaigns will be under your remit*

*Please note that there are specific skill sets within the marketing team who will support in delivery of the marketing strategy

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing
• 5 years of experience in marketing with one in a leadership role
• Great communicator with the ability to build rapport and develop relationships
• Technical skills including CRM software, analytics tools and DM platforms
• Multi-tasker who can handle multiple projects at one time
• Creative thinker but with a close eye on the data and metrics
