RENEWABLES ORDER ADVISOR

LOVELY working hours of 9am- 5pm and GREAT package of up to £30K... 

WHAT'S YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW... 

• LOVELY working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday 
• Permanent position
• Salary £25K per annum plus up to £5,000 annual bonus based on department sales and your own personal input
• Holidays: 25 days per annum plus bank holidays

A SNAPSHOT OF THE RENEWABLES ORDER ADVISOR DAY...

• Working from plans and surveys to create an accurate quotation for customers following their survey
• Contacting customers following up on their initial first draft of the quote to book the work in
• Using in-house systems and portals to generate a new supplier quote or amend previous quotes dealing with any queries
• Making changes and processing changes to quotes via the CRM
• Generating new quotes and submitting to the customer
• Follow up calls, booking the work in and processing the order through the system 

Does this sound like a good fit for you?

• Previous experience of producing detailed quotes, calculating costs of materials etc
• Customer service experience, strong experience dealing with customers over the phone
• The ability to resolve customer queries
• Computer literate, with experience with MS Office
• Anybody from a trades background in producing quotes for Bathrooms, kitchens, buildings, heating systems etc we are keen to hear from :)
