Finance Manager - Part or Fully Qualified

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Lead month-end processes, accruals, prepayments, and stock adjustments.
- Produce management reporting packs with KPIs, analysis, and commentary.
- Own P&L performance, analyse margins, and support budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain reconciled balance sheet, manage debtors, creditors, cash, and fixed assets.
- Oversee AP/AR, VAT returns, payroll journals, and intercompany transactions.
- Ensure accurate stock valuation and support system integrations (Unleashed/Xero).
- Drive process improvements, automation, and maintain clear financial controls.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to provide commercial insights and decision support.
- Support new product launches with cost and margin analysis.
Qualifications
- AAT Level 3 or above, part-qualified ACCA, or fully qualified ACCA (ongoing study support can be provided)
- Strong experience within a fast-paced consumer goods business.
- Sound understanding of management accounts, reconciliations, and margin analysis
- Excellent Excel skills and strong system literacy (Xero, Unleashed, or ERP)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal business with tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
