Business Sales and Support Partner
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Sales and Support Partner to join our team, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business success by engaging with members ensuring they are maximising their membership. This individual will have a customer-first approach, a problem-solving mindset, and a natural ability to build relationships. You will serve as a key partner in fostering trust, growth, and outstanding customer experiences while utilizing your expertise in central systems to enhance business operations.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for members, offering exceptional customer service that reflects our organisational values.
- Managing relationships with existing members who are situated all over the world dealing with any queries they have offering additional information so they can maximise their membership
- Support and guide clients through their memberships journey, ensuring they understand product offerings and value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with company goals and adapt strategies to meet dynamic business challenges.
- Administering costings and pricing for additional membership services
- Administering new sales orders
- Reporting on all income and orders, recognising that accurate data management supports high quality reporting and informed decision making
- Promoting additional services outside of the general membership guidelines in a consultative customer advisory way
- Efficiently manage and utilise central systems to streamline processes, track sales trends, and deliver insightful business analytics.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate customer inquiries/issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities and strategies to target growth areas.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports and data relevant to sales activities and customer interactions.
- Working towards departmental targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or business operations, with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent client experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Great IT skills proficient with internal systems and ability to analyse data for reporting
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to tackling challenges.
