Job Description
We are thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of a thriving business in the Wetherby area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company during an exciting period of growth. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their team as a HR Administrator or HR Coordinator.
The company is open to candidates with varying levels of experience, making this role perfect for someone with prior HR administration experience or an individual passionate about kick-starting their HR career. If you're eager to grow and develop in a true generalist role, we’d love to hear from you!
WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW
- Up to £30,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
- Hybrid working
- Full-time role working Monday to Friday
- Brand new role
A SNAPSHOT OF THE DAY
- Support employee onboarding and ensure all paperwork is completed.
- Full employee lifecycle.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Help support payroll.
- Answer employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist with organising training sessions and tracking employee development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
