Administrator
Overview
We are seeking an Administrator to join an administration team of seven in a relaxed and friendly environment. You will be responsible for providing administration services for clients and supporting day-to-day tasks and projects. This role offers a salary of £22,500 per annum but please be aware that this role has also attracted an average bonus of £15,000 p.a. for the last 5 years for each administrator in this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing administration services and support to clients
- Handle premium payment and reconciliation
- Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects
- Work as a team to ensure overall objectives are met
- Make wider contributions and demonstrate commitment to company values
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience within financial administration services
- Decisive, accountable, and able to act under own initiative
- Confidence and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel & Teams
Day-to-day
- Obtain and process policy documentation
- Undertake reporting and administration for policy amendments, lapse, or maturity
- Handle premium payment and reconciliation, troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Assist with general team or ad-hoc tasks and participate in internal projects
- Follow processes and procedures as set out in the Quality Management document and Working Instructions
