HR ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities

  • Providing full administration support to the Head of HR and wider HR team in a generalist administrative function
  • Entering employment data into the company database
  • Organising meetings and taking minutes
  • Assisting with the administration of disciplinaries and other ER matters
  • Assisting higher-level HR staff with the hiring process
  • Setting up recruitment and training events
  • Answering any employee enquiries
  • Assisting in the creation of staff handbooks and newsletters
  • Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
  • Updating employee holiday and sickness records
  • Ad hoc generalist HR Administration

 

Qualifications

  • MUST have previous HR experience, at least 12 months so that you can hit the ground running

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
